Frag Swap and Detritus.

Hi,

JUust wondering when the next frag swap will be and also how or what will rid my tank of detritus? I have a few mexican turbos, and oscillerius snails plus a lan mower blenny and a serpant star.
( My mandarian commited suicide last night :-(. Anyway, detritus wont leave and the RO filteres have been changed twice in 6 months. Any suggestions?

Next frag swap is likely in May, I believe. Not sure what you're looking for...if I ever get myself together and weird stuff stops happening around my house, I need to get together a bunch of corals and have a sale myself.


As far as the detritus question, detritus is just kinda the crud that builds up on the rocks and sand, various waste products and what not. Best way to keep that gone is strong flow in the tank and using a turkey baster on your rocks to get everything kicked up off the bottom and in the water column so that it can drain down and be picked up by your skimmer. RO filters don't have anything to do with detritus.
