Frag swap HELP is still need


This swap will only be successful if we have club members to make it a success. WE need people to help with the following details.


Head up raffle. We will need people to man a sales table at the swap. I would suggest shifts. Get raffle tickets. Find some people to give out raffle tickets.

Figure out concessions if we want to make them available. (Contact Tina)

Advertise the Swap on other TN, MS and AR msg boards, also the RC magazine

Frag Demo

Program to hand out at door: mention donations- raffles- time schedule of events our club etc
Club tank set up for frags
"Kids - Spouse Lounge" rest place while reefers shop

grrrrrrrr. i wish i hadn't lost all my design software on my mac. i had to reformat the hd a couple months ago.

if i can get illustrator and photoshop soon, i'll whip something up.

i just don't dig that "acro" in the flyer. i could trace a nice piece and have it looking good. anyone have illustrator?

Everything is sold by 3 or 4, or everything that is going to be sold anyway. And people are tired and vendors are itching to pack up by 4. Many attendees and vendors have a long way to drive home.

ok well i guess ill just have to miss it cant take a day off work
with my step son haveing broke his back and neck and haveing to go to north carolina to see him . i had to use days for that.
still have to send my wife back and forth also .

The question is not will I help out at the swap? but what time will I have available to help out. By time time we are loking at having teh swap my coaching commitment will be in high gear. If there is any help needed prior to the actual event I can help out just about any time. And on the day the event it will come down to the soccer schedules.
