The houses in South Park have furnaces and electric,we used one in the end of October for my daughters birthday party with a live band.plenty of room and don't have to worry about being neat and clean or how about a fire hall or banquet hall

sorry about that. i saw pavillions and forgot about the party houses. there was talk before about holding a mini swap at a local park. and my mind went back down that path again.

the other thought would be to see how many venders will commit and then decide how big of an area is needed.
