Frag Swap Volunteers

Hola MTRC.

It's frag swap prep time and I'm the guy that gets to look at all of you with that uncomfortable, will-you-help me stare.

I need volunteers for:
Logistics planning: table set up, power, frag cutters, projection, etc.
Sponsor solicitation
Flyer creation
and forum moter mouths/advertisement

Wayne, you are earmarked for food coordination.

I've got a great set of docs that brian left for me, I'll try to get those up in a public place where we can all peruse them. Hopefully we will be able to use the new website to coordinate as well.

Yes the website beta is about ready for public view. CHuck call me so we can coordinate registration.


I can contact DA and BRS as they will help if no one else has already contacted them.

I can also help with the flyer. I spent 10 years in printing adn advertising. I am not a grphic artist, but can asemble the componenets into a flyer.

I have already told Chuck long ago that I would do what I can to help. All I need Is something that Is not computer related, I will gladly do what he wants me to do. I may be able to do the Frag demonstrations If needed, Or help with set up etc. LMK
