Frag tank and corals for sale

The set-up consists of a 20 long over top of a 29 gal connected by an external overflow box and a mag 5 return pump. The stand is custom built and painted black. Lighting is a 36’’ Coralife Aqualight Pro with a 14k 150 watt HQI phoenix MH and two 65 watt acintics. There are 2 powerheads a seaclone 100 skimmer and a marineland 100 filter also included.

There is about 60lbs of live sand setup plenum style as well as a small amount of live rock which has been running for about a year.

And now for the livestock:

One damsel fish unknown type
3 red mangroves with roots and leaves
Chaetomorpha algae
1 purple gorgonia
1 green hammer coral
1 medium size colt coral and a few small frags
2 green star polyps
A lot of xenia
Numerous different zoos:
Fire and ice
Greens
Zombie eye
Red ring
Orange
Eagle eyes
Ect……
Numerous types of mushrooms:
Red
Blue striped
Green w/ blue spots
Solid blue
Multi color fuzzy
Green bumpy
Plus there are snail, hermits, pods, sponges, worms, urchins, and starfish

I ALSO HAVE SOME SPS FRAGS FOR SALE BUT THEY ARE KEPT IN A DIFFERENT SYSTEM.

I would like to sell it as a whole but would be willing to split it up, however the livestock would have to go first.

I am kind of new to the hobbie, am I missing something here? $1000.00 sounds a little high. Could you explain it a little more for us that don't know any better?
