Frag tank dimension suggestions

I am going to be cutting some acrylic with Barry "akronviper" to make a frag tank. I was curious if these dimensions are good for a frag tank? 2'x18"x8". The 18" might have to be 16" so it can fit where I want it to go, but do you guys think 8" height is good?

Ask Ben, I like the height of his frag tank....don't know how tall it is...but it seems to be the perfect height for fish and frags...

My frag tank is 48 x 30 x 12. I like 12 high so it leaves room for growth or if you plan on frag racks in the tank.

The frag tank I am currently building for myself is 36"L x 24" W x 12" H. It just seemed like it would be a nice size. No scientific reason. HTH

I just made one that exact size, I would have made it bigger but thats all the room I had.
