I am looking for help. My toadstools stalk is about 10 inches tall and about 2 inches in diameter. The head is huge. How do I frag this thing??? I have heard you can cut around the head so you have a ring and then cut that into pieces. what about the stalk, can I just cut straight through it?? This thing wont stop growing.

The first time I just cut the top off mine. Then when the stem grew over I cut it into 4 pieces.
The second time I cut the cap into numerous pieces.
Pretty much toadstools are very forgiving. You can use a razor and trim it down to whatever size you want and the pieces will grow. I have a rubble bottom and just let the pieces fall where ever and start growing.

bill what is your lighting and such that you get this much growth with it. Mine hasen't grown in 3 years.

it is easy to frag don't worry wish mine would grow that well. Maybe I have to much light for it well good luck
