frags for sale

I have a 75 gallon tank that is getting a little too full.
I don't have too many frags of each available so act quickly if you want one.

Green Acro with blue/purple tips - $25 - 2 available - 2-3" (mother colony pictured)

Here it is under 10K XM's (mother colony pictured)

Tri-Color - $30 - 1 available. - 2" (not picture of frag for sale)

If anyone knows what kind of tri-color this is, I would appreciate it(I am fairly certain it is a tri color though)

I also have a BTA that is greenish brown. It is about 7-10" across when fully opened. $40 - picture available upon request.

Just noticed an error. The first picture is one of the frags for sale. It also has a couple of peach zoos on the rock. The second picture is the main colony of it. Sorry for any confusion.

As for the 3rd picture - the frag is close to the same size as the main colony pictured - but it only has one 'trunk.'

The lack of interest is probably caused by a little of everything. The frags are quite common, the cost is a bit high for the frags. And for me, you are WAAAAY to far from me. Not that you or I can control that. I am not trying to be mean just replying to a question. Good Luck

Way to far?

You are only about an hour away, which is nothing for the Chicagoland area. Take 55 to 355 to 90W to Rt47 and you are there.

You could make it to anjhof's place on a sunday afternoon with virtually no traffic. He is about 10 minutes off of 90.

Also....If I had my tank, I would be all over the frags!

For me it is too far, and it takes me an hour+. Then figure in gas at $3 a gallon say I get 20mpg(fullsize truck) and have to drive 60 miles one way. Round trip that is $18, so then the $25 dollar frag is now $43. I was just replying to a question that no one else had. I believe anjhof was asking why there was no one wanting to buy his frags and I offered my opinion. Please dont take my response a saying you are out of line, I have seen them sold for more money than that. On the other hand I have seen them for less than what anjhof is asking. It could also be that everyone looking for frags right now already has these and is looking for some thing else. Please dont be offended by my comments I was just giving some ideas that may help move these corals.

No offense taken.

I drive about 200 - 300 miles per day. In my world an hour drive is a no brainer for something you want.

I don't consider something a long drive untill I hit the 2 hour mark.

Happy Reefing!

2-300 a day? I couldn't imagine the cost to fuel and maintain your vehicle. Hopefully it is a company vehicle.
