Free Floating Dinos?

Hi All

Can anyone confirm if this is dinos? I dont have a microscope. This stuff costantly flies around my tank and cannot get rid of it. Its stuck to all corals. it looks like rust.

I've never seen dino get stringy like that. You have pics of your sand and corals? Have you seen anything eat it? Snails?

I run bare bottom so nothing on the bottom. It does get stuck to the glass in small little strings. Will take some pictures of the corals over the weekend.

Anyone have anything like this before??

do you run GFO? I accidently put to much flow through my GFO reactor and had similar brown strings throughout my tank.

No GFO, I run Zeovit.

This looks exactly like what I've got. Can anyone confirm if this is accurately identified as Dino as the thread suggests. I will treat as Dino's.

I can't be sure if it's Dino, based on your description and pic, I encountered similar issue before. I'm also running Zeovit.

I got a pretty bad case of dinos and read through just about the entire thing. When I had dinos I never really had any get in my power heads like that. Do you have any pictures of them on your rocks or sand? I've finally gotten my dinos beat back pretty far, its a real pain, but it can be done.
