Free Green & Purple Frogspawn in Antelope Valley

Hi Everyone,

My 225 gallon tank back separated from the top and I had to empty all the fish and corals on Saturday. The corals are not doing well these past few days and I'd like to give them to someone that can drive to the high desert (Palmdale/Lancaster area) and pick them up.

The hard corals did not make it, nor did my clam.

I have two large beautiful showpiece frogspawns that are approximately 12" across and they are a mix of purple and green heads. I also have several smaller frags of 4-6" that broke off when I was removing them. Anyone that would like them is welcome to them, as they are not going to make it, as my live rock is recycling. If you have any maxi jets and/or non glass heaters to trade that would be great as I could use more.

Please email me at joyce@studiodirect.net. I will email you my phone number as I thought it better to delete it from the post.

Thanks,
Joyce

Hi Joyce, were you able to fix the tank yet? I've been on vacation and haven't checked up on it yet. Sorry to here your loosing corals, it's tough since your tank has been up for so long.

Hi Ken,

Yes, my husband was able to repair the tank. However, I lost all the corals and two wrasses.

Lance was kind enough to take my corals over at his new store on Reseda Blvd. (close to you!!) on Thursday, but they were too stressed as it had been 5 days already. He still has my Powder Blue, Foxface and huge 6" conch. If you go by (7355 Reseda), say Hi to my critters.

The rock and sandbed are recycling. I can't believe it, but I've spent the entire dayevery day over the past week working on it, trying to move stuff, change water in bins, make more water, etc. This weekend, I totally emptied and cleaned the sump.

Hopefully, it will be even better, but I am saddened by the loss of life of my corals and fish.

Joyce
