I just added a small bunch to my tank. It is the first thing other than fish and my feather duster. I think they are so cool the way they pulsate!!! How fast do they grow?

I cut my down to one stalk two weeks ago and now I have 15...but I have isolated it do where it will grow up the glass and I can peel it off easy....I just wish i had the red sea white xenia I beleave thats the name of it.

Most of mine is Elongata, but I do have a small patch of Red Sea (pink). Craig had some blue recently at Reef Down Under. I have found the easiest way to get rid of it in areas where you do not want it is to cut the stalk as close to the rock as you can and if possible peel off as much as you can from the rock. Whatever is left, put superglue over it. It works!!
