Your site says free shipping on items over $175, your catologe says that as well.

I have a $2500 order and some of those items are the big money items, why is shipping not free on chillers, salt, and so forth.

I am spending well over $175.

I am a bit confused.......

Thank you for your post, The promotion does not apply to orders which must be shipped in an over-sized box or are particularly heavy such as chillers, external water pumps, metal halide magnetic ballasts, DIY kits and substrate/sand. However, we will still pay part of the shipping for these orders. Also
since fluorescent bulbs require special handling and packaging, we will only ship fluorescent bulb orders of 4 or more bulbs free of shipping cost. 46.5" and longer bulbs are shipped free only if 6 or more bulbs are ordered.
These exclusions exists because we want to be able to continue providing this promotion. There are many items where the profit margins do not cover costs. We still try to discount shipping as much as we can on these items.
