Is a short spine/rock boring urchin.
It's about 4" or so across.
I got it as an itty-bitty, pinky nail sized hitchhiker but because my tank is only a 55 with too much rock it now spends most of its time knocking things over.
It is nocturnal so it jams itself into cracks while the lights are on but when it's awake it's an algae eating monster.
Definitely needs more space or rockwork that is more secure than mine.
