How many times a week are you feeding cynarinas, scolymias or symphillia? How much each time?

I tried to follow recommendations 4 times a week, nitrates grow. Some pieces drop on the bottom and who knows are they picked by hermits or emerald crabs, or not.
Plus Cynarina spitted perfectly sized (1/8") pieces of the chopped salmon. Overfeeding or different tastes?

Trying to make reasonable feeding regime, without spoiling water.

To get a sane coral with a good rate growth, at least 2-3 times per week, but as WayneL said, they can also live without direct feeding, but in this way forget to try to frag them.

More details, please. How much each time? What are you feefing?

I tried to feed 4 times a week, but nitrates started to grow. Some pieces drop to the bottom and who knows are they picked by hermits or emerald crabs, or not.

Also, do cynarinas and scolymias prefer higher alkalinity? For example, 12 dKH instead 8 dKH.
