I wanted to share a feel good story and reach out to any of my fellow reefers and/or friends and family with a freshy side.
I recently rescued a few cichlids and a large pleco from a neighbor who skipped town. Apparently this [expletive deleted] guy walked out on an upside down mortgage and left a few tanks and their inhabitants to die. I was finally able to get the key and save a few fishes. They had been left without power for a week and a half...
They are currently being housed in my makeshift 40g and need a good home. Not to mention I have to keep reminding myself not to put salt in their water...
I would like to find this pleco a suitable home in that he is ~11" and must have a large tank. Hopefully someone with a big enough heart to give these poor guys a nice home.
1x ~11" "Breeding/Common" pleco
1x ~5" Jack Dempsey (I think)
1x ~3" Fire Belly
1x ~4" "unknown" (bluish with vertical black bars)
1x ~3" goldfish
2x ~8" "unknown" live broad leaf plants
