how do I pair this guy, I alread have one in my tank now about 2", so if I buy other small one would they pair up? or I have to find the bigger one?

Finally my male seems sterile, has been with several females and the spawns go bad. Now problem is that of my group (nine) I have eight females and a single male. I not know why?. I have five but in charge ones (youthful), what I can do? I put each youthful one with one of my females?

Exactly Small ones will be females and larger ones will become males

Well frieds the larvae are here

Now they are five days old.

.
They are feeding only rotifers (i´m not sure wild placton-somebody defend it but I have heard some problems ).
I add phitoplacton (liophilized),iodine and vitamins.
No ufa I have heard some problems (with the babys)
some advice??

Wild plankton can be good, but yes it can also come with problems. It's best used for situations where you don't know the food source that will work, or you don't have any rot's available when the need arises. If you start mixing in fresh hatched brine shrimp nauplii as soon they are big enough, you should do well.

Get some selco or anyother hufa enrichment what problem do you refer to?

If the rotifers and artemia are not enriched with this they will not live past metamorphosis.

Add antibiotics from day 7 for 7 days or mortalities will be high, also do not leave them in dark suddenly, a nite lite close to the tank will help, they die of shock.

Wait for artemia until day 9/10 feed newly hatched the first day and 24 hours enriched for 12 hours from day 12 on. keep adding rotifers until day 16.

I law in Moe's book some problem with the microdrops of HUFA.but I have and it will use them from now on.
Today the larvae are six days old
- I have also the eritromicina to add as of tomorrow (day 7).
- now photoperiod is of 24/24H. When I reduce?
- what day begins the metamorphosis? , they grow much more slowly that my ocellaris.

Add the hufa enrichment a little less than the recomended dosage to avoid killing the rotifers.

use for the rotifers and the artemia. leave in it 12 hours. rinse and feed caution with not exposing the rotifers to air.

dose the Erytrhomicyn full dose and do a partial water change the next morning.

if you leave the lights 24 hours you need to feed them during the nigth too, specially after day 10 and on or they will starve and die.

leave a nite lite like the one they use for kids close to the tank so they don't go into shock but don't have enough light to encourage feeding.

meta at 82 degrees starts at about day 18 if they food was enriched.

I don't stress this enough:

if the food is not enriched by about day 14-16 you will start loosing lots of them and will only have a few past meta, if any.

Here with 44 days.
