Friend or Foe?

Anyone ID these for me, and let me know if I need to love or kill them?

The polyps? They don't look like aiptasia or manajo to me... I'd say they're some sort of zooanthid or clove polyp. They'll spread reasonably fast, but not too much so, and they're kind of nice despite not being colorful.
Those white things look like maybe sponge. They're pretty neat.

Yeah...thats what I figured they were. I had an aitapsia on a rock from the same batch, just wanted to make sure these weren't also harmful. Thanks.
