In my sick obsession of saving the pods that are in my filter pad before I rinse it I found this guy and don't know what it is. I know that the pics aren't the best, but it's the best I can get from my camera and my poor photography skills

It's a caprellid, aka skeleton shrimp. They are filter feeders and totally harmless
