frogspawn bleached?

Is this bleached? it used to be green and lost its color. Anyone know why?? Any help would be appreciated

its looking healthy it all bubbled out move it down its getting to much bright light had this happen to me years ago I was using mh lighting back then. but even with leds this will happen give it a try
