Frogspawn only partially extending...

I bought this frogspawn 4 days ago. The first couple days all 11 heads were extended, but the past 2 days the front 3 are only partially extended. At first I thought a fish brushed past them but now that we're on day 2 I'm not so sure. I have not tried moving it since it was extended before.

How much flow is hitting it? Flow and lighting will be what everyone wants to know.

That's what mine looks like. Or mine are more Rosetta shaped. But they're healthy looking. To me that's key.
