Frogspawn or Torch

I recently picked up this frogspawn but people keep telling me it might be a torch. I'm just trying to figure out what it really is. It seems to shrink when the lights go out and opens back up immediately when the lights come back on. Either way it's one of my favorite corals and it eats all the time. Any ideas?

They're both euphyllia both a definite frogspawn..

Hey MMk1,

I have a large Frogspawn and its one for sure, another trade mark for the frogspawn up the individual stems grow off smaller stems. The tourch coral have single long stems with white tips.

Yes, unlike hammers and torches, frogspawn tentacles branch. Torch tips are not always white, however. My torch has purple tips.

I agree, exactly what I was looking for, thanks guys. Now I have a legitimate excuse to get a torch.
