Frogspawn with HUGE bubble?

So I have had this for about a year now. Only had 2 small heads when i bought it, and now there is around 8-10. Now one of them has a huge bubble next to its mouth. been this way for a few weeks now. Deflates a little bit at night when the heads retract but never goes away. I have never seen a frogspawn quite like this one. some of the tentacles get over 3 to 4 inches long on some days. I am sure its healthy but still curious what the bubble thing is about.

They typically do this when a head is getting ready to split.

That is a pretty large example, just give it time and it will go away on its own.

yeah i think they are right my hammer did this a few times and has grown more heads after

Old thread but my frog spawn has never done this and has quadrupled several times over. Today I saw this gigantic bubble...
