now that is one cool looking smasher, anybody have one w/ that coloration?

I collected and photographed this Gonodactylaceus graphurus on Magentic Island, North Queensland, several years ago. If I remember correctly, I found this animal by turning over rocks af during a very low tide. Today, you would need a permit to collect at this location although G. graphurus is common in shore in shallow water from Brisbane to Carins.. The population of G. graphurus are quite varied in their color patterns in this area.

Very cool coloration. I'll be heading to townsville for 5 months in Feb. hope to see plenty of those guys. If there weren't permits needed i'd set up a small tank while I was there and maybe find one of those a little G. graphurus to put in it. But I guess I'll just have a few plants instead...definately not as interesting.
