Frozen additives?

I received an order yesterday that contained (among other things) B-Ionic 2-part and Selcon. Because the outdoor temperature here in Illinois peaked at 6 degrees, it was frozen.

Once thawed, are these still OK to use?

B-Ionic 2-part often comes in frozen and may even say so on the directions. Fill your sink in warm water and soak the bottles. It will NOT harm them if they freeze. I'm not sure about the Selcon but I doubt it.
