Frozen cyclopeeze

I ordered a some frozen food, cyclopeeze, and DT's from PA and it just arrived this morning. Everthing looked like it was in great shape except for the cyclopeeze which was pretty mushy to the touch. I was just curious if the cyclopeeze is still good ( it did smell a little) or if it was normal for it to come soft? The other frozn foods were nice and hard and the DT's was cold. I have never ordered any of these foods so I have no idea what I should expect, I just wanted to doulde check. Thanks

hi Derek,

It should be okay, it often arrives to use in a mushy condition, i believe it's just how it thaws, probably because the micron size is so small, but it has some preservative in it, so it doesn't spoil like the Mysis does, so as long as it was cold, it should be fine.

Yeah I was not to worried other then I have never seen the stuff so I did not know what to expect. I just gave some to the tank and all is well. Thanks again!
