Frozen food recipes

Looking for recommendations for some fish food recipe's. I have been using LRS nano frenzy for the past two years and where it works great, I would like to give DIY a try and save some money.

Right now, due to a marine velvet breakout last summer, I only have clown pair in my tank, but soon will be getting a Marine beta as well as a diamond goby.

What recommendations for those who have tried it for self made foods and at what ratios would you recommend?

Im thinking:
Shrimp
Clam
Crab
Scallops
Nori

pulse chop into smaller bites and mix in some Garlic Xtreme and put into silicone herb tray for easy feeding.

White, wild caught fish is best. Stay away from pink, fatty fish like salmon and tuna. Ratios will have to be played with once you figure out what your going to use and what fish prefer what food
