How do you package frozen food you ship?
I want to buy some of Rod's food but I don't want it to melt in transit

Thank you for your interest! Our frozen foods are shipped overnight to preserve their nutritional value. We specially package frozen foods in Styrofoam with ice packs. Shipping and handling for overnight food delivery is $24.99 no matter how much you buy. Frozen foods are ineligible for our our free shipping promotion.

Are you able to pick up your order at Will Call? Then you don't have to pay for shipping at all. I would recommend picking up your order promptly (we need two hours to prep it for pick up) since it gets pretty hot inside our warehouse, even with the ice packs.
