FS 120 Tank, Equipment, Contents, Everything

Due to my work schedule and limited time available to dedicate to my tank I have decided to get out of the hobby. I have had this tank up and running for 3+ years and it is very stable. I need to sell everything, including tank, stand, hood, equipment and contents. I will only consider parting out once I have a committment from someone to take the stand, tank and hood. The person who committes to purchasing the stand, tank and hood will have first dibbs on anything else they want and I would be more than happy to work a deal for whatever you like. After that I will consider parting the rest out. There is just way to much to list out so I will list the highlights and relevant pricing but I have many other items including books, test kits, misc. chemicals, etc. Again first dibbs to the person buying the stand, tank and hood. I would be available to help tear down and load if required.

Stand, tank and hood - $200

Equipment
ASM G2 Skimmer w/ Sedra pump - $125
2 x 150w HQI MH w/ magnetic ballast (bulbs about 6 months old) - $100
2 sets, 2x65w, PC's (current 50/50 bulbs 2 weeks old) - $50
RO/DI unit (probably close to needing new filters) - $70
Dosing pump (modifed to dual channel for calk & alk) - $70
3 power heads (1000 ltr/hr) - $10 each
2 power head (not exactly sure but smaller than the 1000 ltr) - $7 each
Pump (not sure brand but think it's around 800 gph) - $30
Nurce top off system - $25
Refractometer - $25

I will sell all the above for an additional $350 if you buy the tank, stand and hood, so $550 for everything listed so far.

Corals & Rock
I estimate there is about $120 lbs of live rock but have never weighed it
Live rock with no coral attached - $1.75/lb
All coral prices are plus $1.75/lb if attached to rock
Large Orange Digitata - $50
Clam - $25
Brain - $20
Montipora - $25
Red Mushrooms - $10
Green Digitata w/ Orange Zoas - $50
Favia - $10
Large Frogspawn (I think this may actually be 2 pieces) - $50
Several Rocks with numerous orange blue rics - $20 each

I'm sure there are several other corals,etc., but I just can't list them all. If you buy the stand, tank and hood I sell all the rock, corals, etc for an additional $400. So basically you can have the stand, tank, hood, equipment rock & coral for $950

Hippo Tang (about 5" - 6") - $40

I'll throw in all the fish for an additional $50 if you buy everything. So basically the whole nine yars for $1,000.

Sorry, forgot to mention I'm located in Parker. If you need any specifics on the tank, etc., please let me know. The tank is completely reef ready and would include the sump if you're interested.
