I'll also put in 3 huge jugs from odyssey pets here in Dallas used for water changes, keeping a stock of salt and freshwater as well as a syphon to use. Also a thermometer and heater that I bought with the setup.
Only condition is you come over and move the thing out yourself... Everything is less than 6 months old but I'm moving so it's gotta go.
