FS 180G Setup

You're definitely already in the area, I wouldn't go any lower on it myself.....

It was nice of you to go pick it back up, not many people would have done that. I hope you at least got some gas money out of the deal... :lmao:

I know about them being ridiculously heavy as well. :lol2:

You should be fine to set it up as long as its along a load bearing wall and there are a few joists underneath it..... Unless the landlord is worried about the water and not the weight of the tank ???

The problem is the basement is 100% finished so I'd have to cut out drywall, and for all I know the joists are 2x4s as the house was built in the 40s or 50s

I give him gas money. Forfend is a really nice guy. I thought it would fit, but the hallway was not big enough. :(

Yeah, they can be a pain to manuver.... Mine needed to be stood up on one end to make the turn into my bedroom.... Usually they fit when you do that (since 90% of door frames are usually 30"x80" in size and the tank on end is 24"x72".).....

Whats your next plans ?? Going to a 120 instead ???

Like I said before Adam it's no biggie. Hopefully you find a tank that will work for ya! Seems like you know quite a bit so I know it will look amazing.

I'll go with the 120 and have runningandreefing drill it, he drill my 40b last year.

I was so happy to get the tank. I knew the tank dimensions, but it still did not fit. I hope someone buys this tank. Forfend is a very good person for taking the tank back, not alot of poeple are like him.

Was asked for some better pictures

Someone had asked for a picture of the worst corner (assuming chip wise maybe?), I forget who it was but hope this is good?

Let's make a deal

$650 for the tank, sump, skimmer, AGA lights, and the JBJ compact fluorescents.

Stand is free since aesthetically it's not the prettiest but it functions 100%.
