FS: 3g Picotope Complete Setup

I'm selling my 3g Picotope setup because I'll be moving out of state at the beginning of the year and although it's a small tank, I don't want to deal with the hassle of moving it 800+ miles (plus my truck needs new tires).

The tank was setup early August of this year and I've seen some decent growth out of the SPS corals so far. There is roughly 4lbs of live rock and around a 1" deep sand bed. The tank has been drilled on the bottom for a 3/4" bulkhead for the drain/return to keep the tank as clean and uncluttered as possible. A Maxi-Jet 600 is used for the return pump and a Hydro 240 for additional circulation. There is a little skimmer (can't remember the brand) in the sump which pulls out a little waste but not much, but I don't have anything except SPS and a few inverts in the tank). The lighting is an LEDtric Full Spectrum PAR38 with 60* optics.

I do not want to sell anything separately at this point. I would like it to all go as one kit. I live in Orlando right across the street from UCF so I can deliver if you are in the area. I'm asking $275 obo for the complete setup. I'm not sure how much everything is worth, but I know I spent well over that amount purchasing everything. Looks like there isn't really any interest in the tank as a complete setup so I'll be selling parts individually. I have about 5-6 weeks before I'm moving, so I would like to get all this stuff sold before then.

Livestock will be sold first before I sell any of the equipment.

Are the corals priced too high? I don't think they are but I haven't received a single offer for any of the pieces yet.

Where are you? I might be interested in the maxi-jet or the skimmer(can you give me the brand/model name? marine depot isn't wanting to come up.)

I've been cleaning out my supplies + breaking down tanks for the last three months, so I can say right now, patience is the name of the game. It took me several weeks, around 6+ interested people and at least 2 failed meet ups every time before I actually sold anything. If you're willing to deal with a (much) higher volume of messages, try craigslist. Most of the people you get won't pan out, but I did wind up selling at least 50% of my stuff that way. I'm not worried about the dry goods not selling since I can pack them in a box and easily take them with me when I move, but I wanted to make sure the livestock was gone by then.

The skimmer is the AquaEuroUSA Nano Protein Skimmer. I'm located within a mile from UCF.
