Hi Everyone - doing some summer cleaning, located in Boca 33431, txt for questions 561 three 06 three seven 74!!!

Standard 40 Gallon Breeder Reef Ready tank aquarium with center overflow. Stand is black and was custom made - tank is in perfect shape, no issues with seams or leaks but there is a ton of coraline on the glass that needs to be scraped off. Stand is in decent shape, some wear and tear in the cabinet, could use a respray with some water-resistant marine paint.

Skimmer is sold!

Here are some additional pics of the stand, light and rock. A few pieces of base rock were in my tank but then removed and soaked in vinegar, hence the color:

I have 2 30 pound bags of oolite Top Fin sand available, no more 15lb bags. $25 a bag for the Top Fin.
