FS 60g complete tank setup

Hi guys this is the same post the SaltyG35 helped me out with before. I no longer have time or the health to take care of my 60 gallon no more so i'm going to part with it. =(

I'm asking for $250 which comes w/ everything minus the protein skimmer. You get:
60g black visio tank w/ built in overflower (back right corner)
Black 2 door stand
60 pounds of sand
Koralia 4, Rio return pump, all the pipings
30 gallon acrylic sump
Coralife aqualight pro 150x mh (radiums 3-4 months left) and 2x96 watts pcs(3-4 months left), also a hangkit and legs
Rocks are also included if interested

Hoping to get ride of this by next Saturday if you guys are interested. Located in Temple City.
