I bought this from a local reefer back in May of 2013. I've replaced a couple fans since then and a ballast. One of the fans is noisy when it kicks on, but becomes silent after a minute. Bulbs included; 2x ATI Blue Plus, 2x Giesemann True Actinic, 1x ATI Coral Plus, and 1x ATI Purple Plus. I also have a new in box Purple Plus that I'll throw in for free. Switched over to LEDs, so no need for this fixture.

Yes, 54w t5 bulbs are for 48" fixtures.
