I am leaving the hobby due to several reasons all leading to me having less time to devote to the tank. At this point, I feel bad for the livestock since it all deserves better care and maintenance. Much of the equipment needs a good cleaning but nothing is functionally wrong unless otherwise noted.
Everything below = $500
I don't want to break out so please hold back on the piece meal offers. I know this is a low price, I really want it to go to one buyer and quickly.
Tank / Stand
The stand is in fair condition, could use a good cleaning. The tank has scratches which could be buffed out, slight crack on the top and a hole drilled in the top for a former
- 90 gal TruVu (48x18x24), internal overflow
- Tank is drilled for a Super Squirt
- Stand is maple with light finish, euro style push doors
Livestock
- 8 yr+ Yellow Tang
- Blue Tang
- Bar goby
- lg brittle star
- Various mushrooms, some large frilly type
- 2 small toadstools
- Tree / Branch soft coral, look like mix between nepthea and a colt
- Cabbage leather, big patch
- Various zooantids
- 10-15 astrea snails
- 5-10 blue legged hermits
- 75+ lbs of live rock
- various types of calerpa in the sump
- there is a pistol shrimp that I haven't seen in months but I can still hear him from time to time
Equipment
- Aqualogic 1/4 HP chiller w/ Ranco single stage controller
- Return pump is a older Poseidon T4
- Ocean Motions Super Squirt
- PanWorld (50PX I think) driving the super squirt
- Auto-Top off setup with 15 gallon resevoir container
- EuroReef CS6-2+ skimmer ( I have replaced the pump once, works great but needs a good cleaning)
- Neptune Systems Aquacontroller 2 w/ PH Sensor, Temp probe, 2 DC4 connects. I am unsure of the condition of all of these pieces. I did have the main board on the controller replaced a while back since it was damaged. This could the real bargain of the sale.
- 1 Power Compact ballast, 96W
- 30 gal sump custom made by truvu w/ nightlight for calerpa
- various heaters
- Older Fluval 203
- 1 50gal + water storage tanks
- Includes everything I have accumulated from being in this hobby for over 20 years, here is a small portion of that = Various bulkheads, testing kits, powerheads, 2 buckets of oothilic sand, various lighting fixtures, 20 gallon sump with bulkhead, food, additives, plexi sanding kit, spare T4 pump which isn't currently working, 4 400W e-ballasts which I believe 3 are not working one needs to be wired, Brand new 400W 10K bulb and some older ones, plus much more.
