I was going to put an MP10 on the back of the tank for the eco-smart modes, but they won't attach to half inch glass. That's the only reason I was looking at getting a third MP40. By the way, the ES drivers will talk to the MP40W drivers, they just do not communicate the eco-smart modes to the old drivers.

No, his is a Gen 2, just stating that if you came across a cheap driver, you can replace them one at a time and everything will still function. If you are interested in the eco-smart modes, that is.
