FS: ACIII w/DC8, Temp Probe & X10's

So, I need to make some cash A.S.A.P. I need to sell my ACIII that works perfectly. It has the DC8, brand new temp probe, and several X10 units. It does not come with the PH probe, since I am using it with my Apex. I am asking $225, but willing to negotiate. Just toss me an offer. I can set it up for you as well, if you are not familiar with controllers.
