Hi Connecticut friends,

My wife and I recently purchased a home and we have, unfortunately, decided to break down our tank before the move. I'm going to start with the livestock. Most fish have already sold so it's primarily going to be corals. I've taken extremely good care of my livestock so please enjoy.

Husbandry Info:

Tank - 90 Gallon Elos
Lighting - Radion Gen 1
Flow - 2x MP40

Temp - Mid 70s
Salinity - 1.025 sg
PH - 8.1
Alk - 8.0
Ca - 430
Mg - 1350

For the sale, I'm only going to ask that you can come to Stamford, CT to pick up.

I've numbered the corals so you all can have a reference. Here's the price/size list:

#2: Purple Monster (Mini Colony) - 3" - $220.00
#4: Ice Fire Echinata (Colony) - 4" - $180.00
#5: Tricolor Valida (L Colony) - 5" - $150.00
#6: Blue Deepwater Acropora (XL Colony) - 7" - $275.00
#7: Branching Acropora Purple Plasma (XL Colony) - 6" - $135.00
#8: Pink Millepora (XXL Colony) - 10" - $350.00
#11: Multicolored Tabling Acropora (Colony) - 5" - $ 150.00
#12: Green Tort Acropora (Mini Colony) - 3" - $50.00
#14: Neon Green Deepwater Acropora (Frag) - 1" - $30.00
#15: Blue Branching Acropora (Frag) - 1.5" - $50.00 (from Greenwich Aquaria Show Tank)

Thanks for the kind words guys. Wish I could keep everything but such is life.

Come buy this stuff guys!

best for sale thread i have ever seen.. very organized and filled with all the answers BEFORE the questions come..

Good Luck with the Sale

Great stuff too bad most people in CT are cheap lol. I bet if you lowered prices a bit things will start moving quick. Good luck ws. Free bump for great pieces

I think the guys with $900 to spend on a fish are not wasting their time on forums, in general... ;)

Oh no they're on here too. They just probably feel better about paying $1,200 to a retailer than dropping $900 from a hobbyist lol. But in general most people in our club are bargain hunters looking for $20-$50 frags. This guy is selling amazing colonies which is why prices are a tad more but hey it is what it is

I'd buy colonies over frags if I had the budget. It's not about bargains with me it's about what's in my wallet. :)

I'm hoping it doesn't move at all so I can get what I want next week lol. Definitely awesome prices on the colonies.

I'd really like dibs on the MP40s if you are selling your equipment. It would require shipping but I'd be happy to cover that as well. Please PM me if interested.

(Awesome livestock, btw!)

Lol I agree I love the colonies, for me it's more of a real estate issue. My tank is jam packed so placement is difficult. I think it's time for an upgrade soon lol

My entire 75 has like... 5 frags in it right now and one torch colony. :)

I have a REALLY nice anemone from Sue, and that's my biggest "piece".

BUT I have 3 different kinds of sponges growing in my tank, and all sorts of differently colored algae on the rocks. My tank is a rainbow even though it's mostly rock, it's pretty cool. :-)

Hi, sorry to see you have to break down such a beautiful tank.
I would be interseted in purchasing #12 and #15.
Please let me know if they are still available.
I live in Fairfield and can pick up.
I tried to pm, but apparently I don't have enough posts to do so.
