I had to buy extra DC8s to get the group order to qualify, but even at that, we only got enough to qualify for $142 per unit price. I'm offering for $147 local. The upcharge is by no means a profit on my part, just a 'surcharge' to keep it fair for the people that actually committed to the group buy. I'll donate the extra $5 to the club and take a loss on my time, money on hold, and fuel.

If no local takers I'll sell for more on the 'big' for sale board.

I saw this and thought "selling it already?". I posted a link on the Northcoast Reefers forum as well, as I know several of them have AC jr's and I go that way frequently. I offered delivery if they buy it. Good luck, and props to stepping up so everyone could get the discount. Good Man!

how anyone can make a video that long on a dc8 is beyond me

yes, kevin lightened the load on everyones pockets that participated in the group buy. hope some stragglers come to his rescue and buy these so he doesn't take a hit. not to mention phone calls, trips to YR, answering questions.
