FS DIY LED Fixture...

MrHarvard

"ship it"
I have decided to sell my led fixture I just finished building it just to much for my nano. The light is right around 150w and super bright. It's controlled by a Typhon LCD controller with 4 channels all dimmable with sunrise and sunset capabilities. The light has only been ran maybe 24 hours total for testing it. This light is a beast and will grow anything u want. I have around $475 in it total. The only thing that needs to be done is hooking up the fans (they are all wired in just need to mount and connect them all wires already ran to power supply. I'mlooking to get $300 or trade for MH or T5 fixture plus cash. Let me know what u have Iif you are interested. Here is a link to the build.

Bump $250 bottom price....This light is a beast built with quality parts and 4 dimmable channels. This light has the violet spectrum that most leds are lacking.

Id probably put this over a 40b max(for sps) if you were just keeping lower light corals you could probably hang it over a 75g. This light would easily equal about 400-450w of metal halide at full power.

Hey stranger--I remember your excellent LED work in the past. What's largest tank this LED fixture would work in?

Thank you sir how have you been? I think Mike (CrazyEyes) is right and that length wise a 40g breeder (if its an sps tank) would be about right. If it were a mixed reef and you didnt have sps on the edges it would probably do well over a 75g. It comparable to a 400w MH if not alittle more. If you have a 75g or larger it would work great in a hood with retro T5s on either side of it. Let me know if you want more pics or info. Thanks!
