Still cleaning house and disposing of excess stuff. I just ran across three electronic ballasts I forgot I had. These would be great backup for your fixtures. $25 for all three.
1 - Universal Lighting Technologies "Accustart" B254PUNV-D for T-5 lamps. New.
2 - Fulham "Work Horse 5" WH5-120-L for most types of lamp. Used, but working when removed from fixture.
