I'm considering selling off my ELOS 70. The system has been in storage for the past 4 years and I don't see myself setting it up anytime soon. The system will include an ELOS 1000 sump (used in the ELOS 120....much larger then the standard ELOS 70 sump), ATB Cone skimmer, and DIY stand and suspended canopy with a T5 and 250 watt MH setup built in. I don't have any recent pics of it torn down so I will have to dig up some old pics of it when it was up and running to post. In the meantime, my avatar is the setup I'm selling. I'll let it everything go for $1500.......will not part so please don't ask. Shoot me a pm if you are a serious buyer interested in taking a look at it.

Jimmy, are those doors black acrylic w/ aluminum trims? Cuss I got a stand looks just like that!

jthao.....it's actually black glass with an aluminum trim. By the way, you can get fetch some serious $$$ for those gold m5g's! Saw a set on ebay asking for 7k! How did you acquire them?

Wow, I bet that stand is sick!!! Looks a lot better than the original elos stand, and I bet it's a lot stronger too.
Question for you: is the tank the newer overflow box style or the older?

Where can I sell my m5g golds for $7k?!! Lol. I bought them off a guy who bought it but never used it. He got out of DJing and sold it to me. This is a long time ago when the m5g were still being sold, so prices weren't that crazy back then. I also have a pair of the black MK5 as well that I actually use. The golds are just put in flight cases and displayed in my home studio but I don't actually use them or take them out to gigs. They still look like brand new, not a single scratch.
Btw: I see a lot of the "golds" for sale, but I noticed that they're mostly the older LE 1200 golds that were released a long time ago. I didn't realize that there were 2 releases of the "golds". One being the original 1200 mk2 golds, and one being the latest m5g golds. The latter is harder to find.

Not to derail this further, but here's something that's kinda fun...

Notice that the Gold M5G is labeled as a 1200LTD? I thought that was interesting. DJ geeks rejoice! Once a DJ, always a DJ (I still have my M5Gs, Empath and Serato, just for kicks).
