FS/FT dart frogs

Getting out of frogs now that the reef is online. I just don't have the bandwidth.

I have a group of E. Anthonyi "Santa Isabella." They are currently in a 55g vivarium, but I will be keeping the tank and most of the plants. For sale are the frogs themselves and the frog-specific supplies I have, including a good supply of fruit fly culturing stuff, vitamins, mite spray, and so on.

I raised these from tads and they have been out of water maybe 9 months. I originally had 10 but I can't really get a solid count because of how well they hide. I have no reason to think any have died, but I also am struggling to verify the count. So keep that in mind. Definitely some of each sex as I have seen eggs (which were eaten by the fish in the water feature as far as I know.)

I would like $100 cash but would strongly prefer trades for reef stuff, a few frags or whatever. More interested in seeing them go to a good home than get a certain price.

I have no pics of mine but I can get some. Again though it is really just the frogs, fruit fly stuff, etc for sale. I am keeping the tank and plants. I would be willing to include some cuttings or odds and ends though. These guys normally retail around $25 - $35 each, I am posting here in the hopes of snagging a reef related trade or at least seeing them go to a fellow reef keeper.

Interested, thought about keeping them but never really had the chance to. So that being said I don't really know the proper way to do so. Any good articles to read? Also j have fags and reef supplies to trade

Go to dendroboard.com and read everything you want to know. Compared to a reef it is cheap and low effort.

This is a great hobby. I was really into vivariums and paludariums years ago. This is very tempting. Collecting darts can get very addicting.

There's a business located right behind us in Bloomfield. He has a mail order business that sells specialty lighting for "some kind of creatures". I thought it was for these frogs. Do the frogs require special lighting?

No special lighting required for the frogs. Some other tropical creatures (lizards) do require certain supplemental lighting but not dart frogs.

These guys are small. I mean, they're small for their species because they are still young, but they are small frogs in general. Think: the size of your thumbnail. Sorry for the low quality, this is a cell camera shooting through glass that's got a lot of condensation on it.
