Completely tearing down and getting out, everything will be sold. Tank was setup for 6+ Years, never a leak or crash, I just don't have time anymore. I have already sold livestock, I do have some more rock and live sand, plus all equipment.

110 Gal. 44x24x24 Glass w/Corner Overflow
35 Gal. Plexi Sump
ASM G2 Skimmer - Complete, working
Apex Neptune (Could use new probes), has Temp, ORP, PH, Breakout Box and switches for water height I never setup
2 x 36" - 4xT5HO Lights
ATO Pump
Heater
Eheim Return Pump
Several other small pumps
Jaebo WP-40

I just drained majority of water yesterday, sand and rock will be good for a few days, I have them still submerged. Equipment being disassembled/cleaned today. PM me if interested, I will be watching for messages.

Tons of test kits, I will post more pictures and details later. Feel free to ask. I live in Gilbert and work in Tempe (I can bring small items), right next to Club Reef.

Tank + Stand w/Sump = $400
Jaebo = $35
ASM G2 = $75
Apex Neptune $300
Lights - $75 for the pair

I'll post more details as I get it torn down and pictures.

Interested in tank. Have any pics?

Pics coming soon of the tank setup.

Approx 40+ lbs Live Rock - mostly lower rock, $50 takes it, bring a container to put it in.

Tiger Pistol Shrimp free with Rock, or $10, need him to go for teardown, he has been in tank over 3 years, I wasn't sure he was still here but found him wiht rock removed.

ASM G2 Skimmer - One on Right works 100%, Pump replaced within last 6 months. One on left has recirc mod done, I bought it when the pump went bad, but the pump I got did not work right. $75 takes both, so you get a 100% functional one + spare parts.

SpectraPure CSPDI-90 System with Auto-Shutoff and RubberMaid Container. Start it and forget about it, it shuts off at about 24 gallons. I usually let it fill the container, then pull water from it for top off and changes and only run it when the container is almost empty again. Better solution then starting for just small fills, and no worrying about forgetting to turn it off. Manual Shutoff included. Could use new filters.

$100 including Auto-Shutoff and RubberMaid container. Normally would be $179 (CSPDI) + $35 for Auto-Shutoff + Container.
