FS Kold Ster-il unit

Hey guys I have a 3 year old Kold Ster-il unit for sale, I am asking $150 OBO. It is a great filter but I have no use for it any more. Retail price is 359 for the small unit.

It does 3.8 gl per minute and is good for 5000 gl of water on one set of filters. Replacement filters will run you $84 on marine depot

The unit is nice because it has zero waste water well maintaining great water quality for the reef aquarium.

originally I was looking for one for my folks, they purchased a new one and I still had mine. During the time I was looking for one I started to read up on RODI and other kinds of water filters. I like what I saw on the RODI filters and want to give it a shot. So now I am here looking to see what the demand is on this filter and to see if I can switch to a RODI unit.

Confusing I know, but it is what it is.
