Its actually just the Regulator/bubble controller. The actual ph controller that turns it on and off is a separate item i forgot to list( i will list the Ph controler shortly). But anyway in answer to your question. The regulator was purchased (best i can remember) 2009.

This was my third Ph controller and my favorite by far! You can adjust not only the on off points but you can adjust the threshold of difference that makes it switch. Very reliable. Also the green readout is much easier to read than LCD.

All lights are in working order but I only have 1 external MH ballast so you will need two more MH ballasts. The rest of the lights are fully powered.
