I have, and have had, a nanocube 6 that has not been being used. Last time it was used was at the Des Moines frag swap (for 3 hours) and was used for 6 months or so more than a year prior to that. I swapped out the puny stock powerhead for a maxijet 900 w/ locline outputs. It is like new and comes with a 50w heater.
With the tank will come several medium-sized pieces of live rock for the tank and I'll throw in a couple of frags that will do well under PC lighting.
