In the process of breaking down my 120 gallon. I was going to put these guys in my 300, but decided against it. Very healthy and I have not seen any signs of ick on them ever (prolly 9 months). Only reason I am not putting in 300 is due to compatibility with the well established fish in the 300 and the purple and hippo can be dominant if given the opportunity.
Hippo - 5-6 inches, perfect - $60
Purple Tang - 4-5 inches, perfect - $100
Please to good established tank as these guys are as healthy as they come.
