I have two pair.

I was over trying to find an Actinic Strip worth the money they were asking.
Plus non of them have an UV LED's that I could find. So I chose to make my own.

I wanted the slightly better color pop by going sub 450nm.

I have a 60 inch Reef Brite XHO and the power output this has, put's the XHO to shame.

I have about $180 into each strip. (Yes, there is that much profit margin in brand name LED fixtures.)

My selling price $125 a piece.

If you buy the pair, I will give you a further discount at $200 for both!

Each Strip Contains:

• 24 CREE XT-E LED's per strip: (These are awesome.)
• 18 Royal Blue 450-465nm
• 3 430-440nm UV
• 3 410-420nm UV
• 36 inch heat sink (1.6 inches wide)
• Mounting Screws to direct mount to any canopy
• Hanging Kit (for non canopy configurations.)
• 2 Mean Well LPC-35-700 drivers

P.S. I also have only one 4 ATI Bulb Custom Fixture left that these LED strips were designed for. Maybe consider stretching your budget and buying both to really complete the fixture, we all know what this stuff costs retail.

Hmmm - anything is possible.

You will need to build a custom bracket.

I know we have some super smart local people that have built all sorts of awesome stuff.

I am just not that handy at that sort of thing.

I will be honest, I have an 8 bulb ATI fixture as you saw. They are all the same.

I am just too lazy to mount it. I already have an XHO on it.

So with that being said - ehh for $125 or $200 for both good project worth figuring out. I only have to two.

Or you know what - I even had the idea of putting both over a 4 ft tank and growing a zoa garden - that would be SICK!

Hey I know someone who needs a 60" RB

I'm in the same boat as you, not handy with that sort of thing at all. I'll ask a few folks and see if anything could be done.

If I knew how to mount this thing to my 60' 8 Bulb ATI I would keep it.

Total no brainer.

This thing is way better than my XHO.

But the fact remains. The XHO is mounted.

I will take a loss if I don't have to sweat .. .. and scratch my head at home depot for 30 minutes and explain my story to the nice guy to orange overalls what I am trying to do as he judges me as a complete nerd with way too much time on my hands. :lmao:

I don't have a canopy - my ATI floats on a hanger - you saw my "set up".
