FS: Rasta zoas and miami hurricane

Hi all, I am momentarily forced to exit the hobby as my landlord isnt crazy about me having a saltwater tank in my apartment. I have a few corals and fish for sale that I would like to offer to you guys before I take them to the LFS. I'd like to have these gone by the end of the weekend if possible. Pics were taken with my iphone so they arent the greatest

Rasta rock. There are about 60-70 polyps on this 10 lb. piece of live rock, as well as about 30 paly polyps with orange centers that I got at gateway aquatics(sunny d's maybe? not sure), and some clove polyps on the front. Im asking $150 for it.

I also have a small colony of Miami hurricane chalice with around 27 eyes on it. Asking $100.
